• We ship via FedEx, USPS, or UPS, depending on availability and convenience. Standard ground shipping is used.

• Each item will arrive in a high-quality jewelry box along with the jewelry certificate.

PROMO CODES & OFFERS

• Each coupon or promo code is valid for a limited time and expires on the date specified.

• Coupons/promo codes cannot be reissued if deleted or lost.

• Coupons/promo codes are non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash. Only one promo code can be used per order.

• Coupons/promo codes are subject to availability. We reserve the right to cancel or modify any promotion at any time without prior notice.

• If you receive a damaged, broken, or incomplete package, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery at info@cushionblue.com .

• Please keep all packaging materials and damaged items for claim processing.
