Returns & Refunds

We understand that when shopping online, a piece might not always be the perfect fit. That’s why our jewelry return policy is designed to make the process as smooth and straightforward as possible. Customers have the right to return their Cushionblue purchases without needing to provide a reason within 30 days of receipt for a full refund.

Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Mailing Instructions

To initiate a return, please start by emailing us at repair@cushionblue.com to notify us of your intent to return the item. Afterward, send the jewelry back to us within your 30 day window.

Please ensure the following information is included in your return package:

  • A copy of the original invoice and the certificate (if one was issued).

  • A brief written note stating your intention to return the product.

  • Your current contact address, phone number, and email address.

  • For Bank Transfers: Your bank account number.

  • For PayPal: Your PayPal email address.

Note: If you paid via credit card, the refund will automatically be routed directly back to that card.

The Refund Process

We strive to process and issue refunds within a few business days of receiving and inspecting your returned goods. If you are receiving a refund to a credit card, please be aware that it may take an additional 2 to 3 business days for the funds to appear in your account, depending on your bank's processing times.

Exceptions to Refunds

To maintain the quality of our pieces, we cannot issue a refund under the following conditions:

  • The jewelry has been customized for you (this includes your first free resizing, custom engravings, substituting earring fastenings, etc.).

  • The jewelry shows signs of being worn or used. Important: Do not remove the Cushionblue tag. If the tag is removed, the piece is officially considered used.

  • The jewelry has been resized, modified, or repaired by an outside jeweler.

  • The jewelry has been damaged, destroyed, or otherwise devalued after delivery.

Complimentary Ring Resizing

We proudly offer a one-time, complimentary ring resizing service to all of our customers.

While it is always ideal to know the exact ring size prior to production, we understand that this isn't always possible especially when planning a surprise engagement! We are happy to resize your ring free of charge, though the customer remains responsible for the cost of shipping the ring to our facility for the adjustment.
